RETURN POLICY: We accept returns for exchanges only, within 5 days of arrival. Returning non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping and handling cost. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Inspect the package with the driver when receiving, if in the rare case that the packages were damaged during transit, please have the driver make a damage note, then report to us within 5 days of arrival. Please keep damaged items in the original packing box. We will file damage claim with the carrier and send you new replacement or issue a store credit after they exam the damaged items and approve the claim. Please use the Contact Us Form for return and exchange or reporting loss and damaged packages. We will respond to your request and advise you how to process the claim.

SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping Time -- Orders received are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it has been turned over to the shipping company. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. This is especially the case during our busy Christmas Holiday shopping season.
